|
Crisis Services Therapist: Provide on call daytime and after hours preadmission screening assessments for inpatient mental health services and short-term crisis assessments including crisis interventions. Complete linking supports necessary to facilitate inpatient mental health services or inpatient services diversions. Use approved screening tools and techniques to determine service needs and make recommendations for the most appropriate levels of care. Clinical Assessments will be provided at a local hospital Emergency Department or on Medical Floors as requested. Assessments are conducted in collaboration with hospital staff, law enforcement personnel, and community service providers. JOB LOCATION(S): Position will be based out of the Great Lakes Recovery Center, Inc. Escanaba, MI Outpatient Services office. Assigned duties will require travel to and will be performed at the local community hospital. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Masters Degree in Human Services - Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical / Counseling Psychology with sufficient experience to perform the position at a satisfactory level. Michigan LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, or LLP is required. SALARY: Competitive - Per hour of service/based on experience and by billable time.
